Featured through – union DE Oenologues DE France – Hachette publisher -  the golden yellow color of wine manifests the intense nose after beeswax. The game in the mouth is comprehensively, with aromas of vanilla which delight the palate,  generously and the tongue may sensitize and also a most pleasant impression of sweet may approve.

Barrique-aged Red Wine

The Union des Oenologues de France (published by Hachette) describes the wine as follows : « blood-red to violet in color; hints of wood and smoke in the bouquet that give way to more powerful aromas of red fruits and peonies; straightforward and dry in style; “SIRONA” shows good body and its tannins promise longevity.

Sirona – Celtic Goddess of Springs

The discovery of a rare artifact (a Celtic cutting tool from ca. 1100 B.C.) in our vineyards was the inspiration for the name of our Barrique-aged wines (see picture).
